Luxury Sales Assistant – Boutique (Rome)

About the role

Join Dsquared2’s flagship boutique in Rome as a Luxury Sales Assistant. You will deliver personalized, high‑end shopping experiences that embody the brand’s bold, contemporary style while supporting the boutique’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome local and international clients, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere.
• Provide tailored product advice by understanding each client’s preferences and style.
• Present the latest collections, sharing the brand story and design details.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with window‑display creation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Support stock handling, deliveries, inventory checks and e‑commerce order processing.
• Uphold the brand’s dress code and grooming standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, or a similarly customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy for POS and inventory systems.
