Maintenance & Reliability Leader

About the role

You will lead the Maintenance & Reliability stream of a major refinery Digital Twin program, acting as the single technical interface between the Project Manager, the Digital Twin Coordinator and the engineering teams. The role ensures that engineering studies are consistently reflected in the EAM/APM platforms and that maintenance data stays aligned with the digital twin.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the team's work and jointly prioritize critical systems with the customer.
• Own technical consistency between engineering studies (Criticality, FMECA, RCM, RAM, inspection) and EAM/APM configuration.
• Ensure deliverable quality and integrate study outputs into the Octave Attune environment.
• Maintain alignment of maintenance & reliability data with the Digital Twin.
• Serve as the single technical point of contact for the maintenance & reliability scope.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in asset‑management programs within refinery, oil & gas or process industry.
• Proven experience leading reliability and maintenance teams and interfacing with clients.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 14224, SAE JA1011/JA1012, API 510/570/653/580/581, PED 2014/68/EU.
• Experience with Hexagon EAM/APM (Octave Attune), CMMS/SAP PM and Octave Tempo (j5).
