Mandatory Training & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Mandatory Training & Development Specialist to lead our mandatory training operations in Italy. The role ensures full legal compliance with Italian labour regulations and drives the deployment of transversal training programmes across our sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all training initiatives comply with Italian labour law, including D.lgs 81/08 health & safety and other mandatory courses.
• Maintain and update the mandatory training calendar, tracking deadlines and completion certificates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end administration of training files, from registrations to budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with local inter‑professional training funds (e.g., Fondimpresa) to prepare applications and secure reimbursements.
• Collaborate with operational teams and HR departments to deliver training, maximise participation and monitor engagement.
• Monitor regulatory updates and keep internal reporting tools current.
• Plan and roll out core transversal programmes such as onboarding, soft‑skills and global standards, handling logistics and scheduling across multiple sites.
• Track key performance indicators (completion rates, feedback) and report any issues using group tools.

Required profile

• Strong administrative rigor with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Solid understanding of Italian mandatory training requirements and labour legislation.
• Experience managing training budgets and interacting with inter‑professional funding bodies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with operational and HR teams.
• Proactive attitude in monitoring regulatory changes and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in GSuite (Google Workspace).
