Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team in Bussolengo (Verona). You will be responsible for creating and improving manufacturing processes across CNC machining, workshop operations, surface treatments, and assembly, while collaborating closely with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and coordinate industrialisation activities for new and existing products, including CNC machining, assembly and surface treatments.
• Define processes, equipment and production cycles to minimise time‑to‑market.
• Identify and implement new technological solutions and optimise existing production lines.
• Lead the installation, modification and improvement of machines and equipment in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Conduct process risk analyses and support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues.
• Make make‑or‑buy decisions together with supply‑chain and production departments.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as drawings, work cycles and operating procedures.

Required profile

• Technical degree (ITS or engineering diploma) with at least 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in mechanical or component manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work in a production environment, solve problems and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools, SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes.
