Market Manager – Industrial & Robotics

About the role

This position offers a high‑impact opportunity to drive growth for a leading technology company as it expands from automotive into industrial and robotics markets. You will shape market strategy, product road‑maps and business cases to capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain market analyses covering key customers, competitors, products and market size for industrial and robotics sectors.
• Track and improve sales, bookings and profitability trends by customer, market and product line.
• Own the new‑product/technology roadmap and work with Sales, Engineering, Product Line, Marketing and Distribution to recommend portfolio extensions.
• Lead business‑case development for new product introductions.
• Develop TAM models and competitor benchmarks in collaboration with Corporate Strategy.
• Collect market intelligence on M&A, product launches, new entrants and investments.
• Prepare materials for internal business reviews and coach team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with products such as wire harnesses and connectors in industrial or robotics markets.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems through data analysis and insight generation.
• Strong communication skills, capable of creating polished PowerPoint visuals for senior audiences.
• Growth‑driven, hunter mentality with a track record of strong performance.
• Fluent in French or Italian and English (spoken and written) and willing to travel for business.
