Optima Italia S.p.A. cerca un Marketing Data Analyst a Napoli che si inserisce nel team Marketing e supporta i Product Manager nell'analisi dei dati e nella definizione di insight strategici per il business. Il ruolo si concentra sull'Energia e Gas e sulla convergenza con Internet e Mobile.
Responsabilità principali
- Sostenere il team Marketing nello sviluppo e nell'ottimizzazione di nuovi prodotti, offerte e promozioni Energia e Gas, in linea con Internet e Mobile
- Analizzare la customer base, i comportamenti di acquisto e le dinamiche di attivazione dei servizi
- Monitorare le performance commerciali: acquisizioni, vendite, churn e mix servizi
- Sviluppare dashboard e report periodici a supporto delle decisioni strategiche
- Elaborare insight e raccomandazioni basate sui dati per migliorare le performance di business
- Condurre analisi di benchmark sui competitor e sul mercato
- Collaborare con Sales, Digital, IT e CVM per garantire coerenza e qualità del dato
