Marketing Manager

About the role

AI Kosmo is looking for a remote Marketing Manager to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full marketing function, from content creation to performance reporting, and help drive bookings for its AI‑powered hospitality assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage AI Kosmo’s marketing strategy, editorial calendar and KPI reporting.
• Run and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Produce and publish blog posts, case studies, newsletters and email sequences.
• Maintain website content, SEO, GEO targeting, conversion optimisation and user experience.
• Monitor GA4, conversion tracking and campaign attribution, delivering actionable insights.
• Plan monthly webinars, virtual events and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with product development to translate updates into clear marketing assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and sales materials.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to turn results into actions.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and hospitality technology.
