Media & Communication Specialist - Adventure

About the role

Alpinestars is seeking a Media & Communication Specialist for its Adventure division. You will be the voice of the brand within the global adventure motorcycling community, linking products, riders, ambassadors and media to tell authentic, high‑impact stories.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Alpinestars’ performance, protection and innovation into compelling narratives.
• Engage with the adventure motorcycling community by attending events, rides, trade shows and product activations.
• Strengthen brand visibility and emotional connection in the adventure segment.
• Monitor trends, emerging media platforms and cultural movements relevant to adventure riding.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all media and rider touchpoints.
• Develop and nurture relationships with international motorcycle magazines, journalists, digital platforms and opinion leaders.
• Manage press activities, including product launches, press releases, media kits and editorial opportunities.
• Coordinate media tests and field experiences to ensure premium brand representation.
• Serve as the primary communication link between Alpinestars, test riders, ambassadors and key partners.
• Collect real‑world riding feedback and turn insights into communication content.
• Support ambassador storytelling in line with brand strategy and product positioning.

Required profile

• Solid background in media, communications, PR or marketing, preferably within motorcycling, outdoor or performance apparel.
• Established network within motorcycle media, journalists and adventure riding communities.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities, able to convey technical products engagingly.
• Deep understanding of motorcycling culture and rider expectations.
• Experience working with journalists, riders or brand ambassadors is a strong asset.
• Comfortable representing a global premium brand in both professional and grassroots environments.
• Proficiency in English.
