Multilingual Electrical Engineer – Technical Support (Various EU Locations)

About the role

We are seeking multilingual electrical engineers to join Eaton’s Technical Support Engineering team in one of several European and Middle‑Eastern hubs. The role offers the chance to work internationally, providing online support to customers across Europe while developing expertise in Eaton’s power‑management products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical assistance to customers in your assigned language.
• Analyze and resolve electrical product issues, creating quotations when required.
• Collaborate with a diverse, cross‑functional team to share knowledge and improve service quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Eaton’s product portfolio and industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Bucharest, Belgrade, Casablanca or Istanbul.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for technology.
