Multiple Engineering Roles at Bosch Sensortec – Milan

About the role

Bosch Sensortec is expanding its Milan team and is looking for experienced engineers across analog, digital, verification, data analysis and sensor architecture. The positions are full‑time and focus on developing cutting‑edge MEMS sensor solutions for consumer and automotive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise analog front‑end blocks, OTA, bandgap, LDOs and voltage references for low‑noise, low‑power sensor applications.
• Develop digital modules in VHDL, integrate Logic BIST, custom ATE and debug test logic at chip level.
• Create and execute verification plans for mixed‑signal and system‑on‑chip ASICs.
• Build big‑data analysis frameworks to support sensor development and improve data pipelines.
• Define technical solutions for sensor projects, collaborating with MEMS, ASIC, software and manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross‑functional MEMS sensor projects from planning through execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the relevant engineering discipline (analog, digital, verification, data analysis or sensor architecture).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
