Musketeer - Sales & Marketing Specialist, On-Premise

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Musketeer based in Reggio Calabria to develop its on-premise business across the central-southern part of the region. The role combines brand ambassadorship, building long-term relationships with key customers and influencers, and taking full responsibility for regional sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase the Red Bull brand in cafés, bars, clubs, festivals and private events, ensuring product visibility and availability.
• Nurture long-term relationships with established customers and build a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scene.
• Own the on-premise sales and marketing strategy for the region, spotting trends and new opportunities.
• Turn every customer meeting into a highlight, using sales and negotiation skills to increase earnings for both the customer and Red Bull.
• Solve problems creatively and keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector.

Required profile

• Well networked, with existing contacts in the night scene or gastronomy, or the ability to build them quickly.
• Open, extroverted and comfortable in varied social, economic and cultural situations.
• Experience in beverages, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Flexibility and autonomy, since the role is mobile and outside the 9-to-5 office routine.

Required skills

• Strong communication and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of sales processes and analytical skills: planning, negotiation and analysing sales and customer data.

What we offer

• Starting annual gross salary from €28,800, depending on experience, technical skills and scope of responsibility.
• Employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
