Office Manager Liquid Bulk

About the role

We are looking for an Office Manager to lead our Liquid Bulk department in Italy. You will act as the main liaison between the local office and the head office in Novara, ensuring smooth operations and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing, personnel administration and office profitability based on trip targets.
• Handle leave requests, coach employees and oversee efficient administrative execution.
• Analyse truck pricing and profitability, and seek additional capacity through partnerships with subcontractors or charters.
• Visit loading docks to reduce waiting times and optimise existing relationships.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers, grow volumes and develop new trade lanes.
• Proactively approach the market to acquire new customers and expand the office.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of the transportation market, preferably liquid bulk by tank transport.
• Management and sales experience.
• Results‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset, assertive, independent and flexible.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
