Office Manager – Milan

About the role

Airbnb is looking for an Office Manager to create a seamless, welcoming environment for employees, leaders, guests, and visitors in its Milan office. You will be the central point for daily office operations, hospitality services, and workplace experience programs, ensuring the space supports great work and connection.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations, including hospitality services, food programs, and office amenities.
• Serve as a visible, approachable presence for employees, visitors, and guests.
• Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure consistent delivery of services and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain hospitality standards across office spaces, meeting rooms, and shared environments.
• Support local leaders and facilitate gatherings, leadership visits, and employee events.
• Monitor workplace conditions, track office requests, and proactively address or escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Workplace Operations, Security, IT, and Employee Experience teams to keep the office functional and connected.
