Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator

About the role

The Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator will be based in Milan and will support the Mozambique LNG project, a multi‑billion‑dollar EPC development. The role is pivotal in driving quality performance, integration, and continuous improvement across a complex, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, manage and report project‑wide quality KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and engineering disciplines.
• Lead quality data management and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen and lessons‑learned programmes.
• Monitor Cost of Quality, analyse performance trends and escalate critical issues.
• Develop and deploy quality‑culture and competency programmes.
• Govern digital tools and reporting processes that support quality and performance.
• Act as the main interface with headquarters for performance feedback and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Approximately 20 years of experience in project quality, performance or EPC environments.
• Strong background in quality‑assurance systems and KPI management.
• Experience on large‑scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in an international setting.
