Onsite IT Support Specialist – Desktop & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Onsite IT Support Specialist to deliver end‑user assistance, maintain office IT infrastructure, and support asset and project operations. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of remote teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, handling imaging and labeling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies; install and service switches, routers and access points.
• Manage IT assets, conduct inventory audits, track repairs, redeployment and disposal while ensuring policy compliance.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes and infrastructure projects; assist with business events, demos and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, access points).
• Background in asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams and vendors.
