Operations Assistant Internship – Business Partner Community

About the role

Join the Business Partner Community of LVMH Beauty Italy as an Operations Assistant Intern. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, supporting a range of operational activities that keep the luxury brands running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Enter marketing, merchandising and PR orders in SAP for all brands.
• Create presentations and analytical reports for sales meetings and commission copies.
• Assist the sales force in ensuring correct order placement.
• Prepare documentation for HQ to activate product references for brand launches.
• Conduct monthly analysis of e‑commerce orders.
• Produce weekly reports on sales performance, product launches and promotional material.
• Manage product data publication through GDSN for new launches.
• Support periodic checks of accounting and physical stock levels at external warehouses and analyse inventory discrepancies.
• Help optimise transport to central warehouses, monitoring punctuality and costs for B2B, B2C and D2R flows.
• Check local transport anomalies and assist the CircularItalie project, including fiscal destruction forms.
• Support internal stakeholders with order, stock and product reference management.
• Assist with new HQ projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with GDSN data publication.
