Operations Specialist – Supply Chain

About the role

You will join the Converse Liaison Office Operations Team in Montebelluna, supporting the end‑to‑end execution of the premium "Crafted in Italy" collection. The role works in a cross‑functional, international environment, collaborating with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure accurate planning, purchasing and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly buy cycle, from forecast collection to PR/PO creation and delivery tracking.
• Execute and maintain SAP transactions (PR, PO, delivery documentation) with high data accuracy.
• Produce and continuously improve operational reports on inventory, coverage, excess and reconciliation.
• Monitor supplier readiness, documentation compliance and shipment status, flagging risks and supporting issue resolution.
• Manage stock movements, including inter‑company transfers, inventory adjustments and excess management.
• Foster strong relationships and clear communication across functions and geographies.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Montebelluna, Italy.
