Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Specialist will support general business operations by handling customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, and collaborating with manufacturing and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and report customer orders, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of order transactions and related customer interactions.
• Analyze production order data to identify trends, constraints and recommend actions for improvement.
• Support manufacturing and logistics teams by checking stock availability, releasing orders and ensuring timely picking, packing and shipping.
• Collect manufacturing performance data for periodic KPI reporting (On‑time delivery, quality, order changes, volumes, etc.).
• Collaborate with project management, sales, customer service and supply‑chain teams to continuously improve the order process.

Required profile

• Good ability to interact with different professional levels.
• Team‑oriented with proactive suggestions for daily business and improvement initiatives.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Two to three years of experience in order management or a similar role.
• High school or university degree.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• SAP Sales Order reporting and order confirmation.
• Material Master data configuration.
• Proficiency in using SAP for order processing.
