About the role

Medicasa Italia S.p.A. is looking for a qualified Home Care Operator (OSS) to provide high‑quality socio‑health assistance at patients' homes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' autonomy, wellbeing, and safety in their own environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization, and feeding for vulnerable individuals at their homes.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and doctors to ensure comprehensive, personalized care.
  • Identify patient needs, report any changes to healthcare staff, and document activities according to company procedures.
  • Offer emotional and relational support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment and correctly use medical aids and equipment.

Required profile

  • Professional qualification as an Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) recognized by the authorities.
  • Previous experience, even minimal, in home care or socio‑health facilities is preferred.
  • Excellent relational and communication abilities.
