Outlet Store Manager – Leccio The Mall

About the role

Moncler is seeking an Outlet Store Manager to lead the outlet located in Leccio The Mall. The role combines commercial performance, team leadership and brand stewardship in a fast‑moving luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients through active listening and addressing expectations.
• Drive outlet performance by analysing KPIs, creating and executing action plans to meet ambitious targets.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards in line with the Maison’s guidelines.
• Continuously enhance team knowledge of the brand’s history, values and product features.
• Create a stimulating, inclusive work environment that values diversity and respect.
• Empower and inspire the team by recognising strengths and suggesting continuous‑improvement solutions.
• Lead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly defining priorities, tasks, roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury or retail organisations.
• Experience in an outlet environment is a plus.
• Proven excellence in customer‑service skills.
• Full professional proficiency in French.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Digital mindset with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory‑management systems.
