About the role
As a Part‑Time Operations Associate you will join ALO’s store team in Florence, supporting daily store functions and ensuring a smooth, profitable operation. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to maintain inventory accuracy, visual standards, and an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute inventory management processes, investigate discrepancies, and reduce shrink.
- Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and intra‑day floor replenishment.
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and update floor sets.
- Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, vendor relations, and facilities to optimize store performance.
- Ensure a safe, organized stockroom and uphold strong stockroom processes.
- Assist with product flow, visual merchandising placement, and daily replenishment excellence.
- Resolve client needs quickly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Provide backup support to Sales & Service and Cashier teams as needed.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a client‑centric, sales or operational environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- High energy, upbeat attitude with the ability to integrate fun into work.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lb and perform frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, or ladder use.
- Proof of right to live and work in Italy from the start of employment.
