Partner & Channel Development Manager – Energy Division

Join a 140‑year‑old start‑up culture driving innovative solutions in energy, food, water and shipping. As the Partner & Channel Development Manager you will define, develop and optimise the Energy Division’s partner ecosystem, ensuring strategic market coverage and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Energy Division’s partner development strategy and multichannel coverage models.
• Map markets, identify and evaluate new agents, distributors and strategic partners based on commercial, technical and financial criteria.
• Negotiate collaboration agreements, manage onboarding and ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
• Set KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Provide market intelligence, analyse competitors and support the Management Team with strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or Economics.
• 5–6 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of heat exchangers, pumps, centrifuges, decanters, separators, HVAC systems and district heating is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective teamwork.
• Good level of English.
