Partnership Manager – Italy

About the role

HYROX, a fast‑growing global sports event series, is looking for a Partnership Manager to join its Italy team in Milan. You will be responsible for managing brand partners, ensuring the delivery of partnership rights, and supporting on‑site activations across all HYROX races in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationship management with HYROX brand partners to maximise retention and satisfaction.
• Implement partner rights across marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, logo usage and ticket allocations.
• Lead on‑site event activation and branding, attending every HYROX race in Italy.
• Monitor, track and report key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and ROI to partners.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and maintain alignment with Marketing, Operations and Athlete Services.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience securing, managing and maintaining event sponsorships or strategic partnerships.
• Detail‑oriented, highly structured and comfortable working in live‑event environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian at C‑level.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy for event attendance.
