About the role
Ayvens, the global sustainable mobility brand formed from ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is looking for a Payable Accountant in Rome. The purpose of the position is to handle the day-to-day accounting of supplier invoices in line with company procedures and current tax regulations. The contract is fixed-term.
Key responsibilities
- Support the processing of incoming supplier invoices for all commodities within agreed timeframes, checking accuracy with company tools
- Provide the right support to outsourcers (Service Centers)
- Help resolve supplier disputes, working together with other departments
- Proactively flag risks and propose mitigation actions in line with Ayvens policies
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in economic or scientific subjects
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Good command of main computer tools
