People Solutions Generalist

About the role

The People Solutions Generalist is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering HR programs while partnering with key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business objectives. This role supports employee engagement, talent management, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including employee engagement, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, HR policies, talent management, and compensation.
• Receive, process, and respond to employee concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Conduct orientation for new hires or promoted employees and deliver HR learning sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using HRIS tools, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to support management decision‑making, creating clear visual presentations.
• Prepare documentation for labor‑related cases and stay informed on market HR trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Working knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency, comfortable working under pressure in a virtual environment.
