About the role
This position provides high‑level administrative and organisational support to a board member, ensuring their schedule and strategic priorities are optimised. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing communications and facilitating seamless interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex, dynamic calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences and travel.
- Coordinate executive meetings: prepare agendas, distribute materials, take minutes and track action items.
- Serve as the main gatekeeper, screening and prioritising all incoming correspondence (email, calls, mail).
- Arrange national and international travel, including flights, accommodations and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and compile confidential documents, reports and presentations, providing briefing materials for engagements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the board member.
- Develop and implement organisational systems to improve office efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure records.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent or native English (C1 level).
- Strong business acumen and experience managing multiple priorities, client coordination and travel logistics.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
