About the role
The Pharmacy Account Specialist will manage a portfolio of pharmacies, chains and groups in the Taranto territory. You will drive the corporate strategy for each client, promote generic medicines and support the overall healthcare system.
Key responsibilities
- Act as territory manager, identifying and prioritising target pharmacies, chains and groups.
- Define and achieve sales, efficiency and performance objectives for each client.
- Select and implement initiatives within budget to meet client needs.
- Design and execute negotiation strategies to maximise economic outcomes.
- Plan and deliver a mix of marketing campaigns, commercial presentations and training modules.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain contact, coverage and frequency targets, optimising communication channels.
- Provide timely data, reports and analyses for area meetings.
- Support digital initiatives and manage related consents.
- Represent Sandoz ethics and values, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative or in other roles within the generics industry.
