As a key leader within Glasford International, the Plant Manager will take full operational responsibility for our manufacturing site in Friuli, Italy. This is a high-impact role designed for a hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor, driving excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement to support the group's global growth.

Missions principales

• Operational Management: Oversee production, logistics, maintenance, quality, and planning while monitoring critical KPIs such as OEE, productivity, scrap reduction, and service levels.
• Leadership & People Development: Lead and mentor site teams through constant presence on the ground, fostering a culture of dialogue, talent growth, and successful generational renewal.
• Planning & Execution: Ensure clear role definition, objective setting, and structured delegation to align site activities with group priorities and order management.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency initiatives, process optimization, and waste reduction through rigorous problem-solving methodologies.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the site budget, propose strategic capital investments (CAPEX), and optimize operational costs.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a robust HSE culture, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Profil recherché

• Engineering degree or a similar technical qualification.
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., Production Manager or Plant Manager).
• Strong expertise in operational management and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial relations and team leadership.
• Fluency in English is required.
