About the role

Join the team at Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in the stunning Costa Smeralda, as a Pool Attendant for the 2026 season. You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming pool environment while receiving attentive, luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests courteously, anticipating their needs in line with Belmond standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
• Arrange, clean, and upkeep all pool furniture and accessories.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide seamless guest support.

Required profile

• Clear verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage emotions and maintain positive relationships.
• Team‑oriented mindset with respect for colleagues and a commitment to continuous development.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and dedication to delivering consistent, exceptional service.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving pool furniture.
