Pricing Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitable growth across its product portfolio. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to ensure market competitiveness and margin optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor pricing.
• Support product launches with pricing and profitability recommendations.
• Monitor pricing performance, margins and revenue impact.
• Manage pricing governance, tools and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise commercial performance.
• Present pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance or related functions.
• Strong analytical, financial and business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
