Principal Technical Deployment Strategist, Italian Speaking (Agentforce/AI)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists, customer-facing advisors who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions and drive adoption for enterprise customers. This role is focused on the Italian-speaking market and sits in the Agentforce/AI space. You will work with a delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers on engagements of 12 weeks or less, spanning one or several accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across identify, commit, deploy and consume, owning outcomes at every stage
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, lead design workshops and agent design sessions, and architect solutions across Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics, and remove blockers to realise value
• Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineers and act as the primary customer-facing contact, presenting proposals and outcomes in business value terms
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management and process transformation
• Turn field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap

Required profile

• 4+ years (6-10 years for senior levels) of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services or technical advisory)
• Business-level proficiency in Italian and English
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Required skills

• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practices
• Project and programme management skills, and proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements

Preferred: experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and CRM, AI solutions in regulated industries, platform certifications, change management background, and knowledge of NLP, RAG and model evaluation. The typical base salary range is EUR 88,200 to EUR 117,900 per year, with an incentive component depending on grade.
