Process Engineer – Industrialization & Lean Projects

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will lead industrialisation projects from concept to series production, ensuring efficient design of systems, workstations and logistics. You will work in a fast‑growing e‑mobility environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, assembly‑oriented solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end industrialisation projects, from product idea to handover for series production.
• Plan and conduct workshops on system design, workstation layout and logistics concepts.
• Implement process FMEAs, drive corrective actions and act as stakeholder for assembly‑oriented development (DFX).
• Facilitate 3P workshops to define optimal process flows.
• Design value‑stream layouts, planning material and information flows.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, industrial or automotive engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience in product and process development within a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean management; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Understanding of digital production concepts (Smart Factory).
• Excellent organisational and process‑oriented thinking.
