Processing Operator IV – Seed Processing

About the role

Join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, Idaho as a Processing Operator IV. You will work in seed processing, supporting sub‑departments such as warehousing, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, and packaging to keep seed lots ready for sale.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the availability of seed lots for sales.
• Ensure a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Execute standard operating procedures and adhere to international accreditation requirements.
• Measure and handle seed materials accurately according to manufacturing orders.
• Provide feedback to sub‑departments and support seasonal production demands.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or agricultural operations.
• Experience working in a seasonal environment and ability to thrive under demanding conditions.
• Familiarity with safe work practices and quality management systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
