Procurement Supervisor – Lavis, Italy

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead regional purchasing activities in Lavis, Italy. The role ensures a smooth, compliant supply chain by coordinating suppliers, handling customs procedures, and supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional procurement plans, create purchase orders in the ERP system and manage RFQs.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Review supplier invoices for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Handle customs clearance, coordinate with brokers, and keep all import/export documentation up to EU standards.
• Maintain material delivery schedules, logistics‑related documentation and warranty service execution.
• Process employee travel expense reimbursements according to company policy.
• Record and manage customer service requests and after‑sales documentation.
• Oversee vehicle registration and deregistration in line with local regulations.
• Support logistics, administration and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics or related administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or equipment sectors.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, customs clearance processes and logistics coordination.
• Strong data‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional environments.
• Vocational diploma or higher education qualification.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
