Product Development Assistant – World‑Wide Shoes

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a Product Development Assistant to support the worldwide shoes category. Reporting to the Senior Product Developer, you will help drive the development process from concept to sample realization, ensuring smooth coordination across design, industrialization and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the development of assigned shoe collections, tracking progress from design to sample creation.
• Create, maintain and update Excel development trackers to manage timing, reporting and information flow.
• Support sample tracking and manage documentation throughout development and industrialisation phases.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Industrialisation and Production to ensure alignment and timely communication.
• Prepare materials, samples and equipment for showroom presentations and fashion shows.
• Ensure data accuracy in PLM and ERP systems.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset able to anticipate needs and follow‑up across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage information flow throughout the product lifecycle.
