Product Development & Innovation Support Internship

About the role

Join Acqua di Parma’s Product Development & Innovation team in Parma and support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of product artworks, performance analysis, and formula development. This internship offers a hands‑on experience in a luxury beauty environment, allowing you to work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the artworks lifecycle for catalogue components, coordinating with packaging, regulatory, planning and suppliers via the dedicated platform.
• Track timelines, follow up on deadlines, and brief graphic designers with technical instructions.
• Analyse monthly Sell‑In and Sell‑Out data to provide strategic insights.
• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders, monitoring budgets and service orders.
• Prepare presentations, mock‑ups, and materials for international meetings, shoots and brand events.
• Support Bath & Body formula development by coordinating sample requests, testing, registrations and uploading documentation to the LVMH system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle and luxury goods.
