Production Manager – TPM & Operations

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Production Manager to lead all production departments within a chemical manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for delivering product quality, cost efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across all production units.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards, cost targets, and safety requirements.
• Report and resolve issues related to production quality, maintenance, or personnel.
• Act as plant leader in the Plant Manager’s absence.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of 30–50 employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Six or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Four or more years of supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership ability to select, train, motivate, promote, and discipline staff.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively.
