Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator will work on‑site in Vicenza, supporting the manufacturing of luxury lighting, furniture and accessories. The role involves setting up and running production machinery, assembling components and ensuring daily output targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor production equipment according to technical instructions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions.
• Assemble components and follow production schedules to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and participate in training for new processes or equipment.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work safely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Vicenza; flexibility for shift work is an advantage.
