Production Supervisor – B2 (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Production Supervisor – B2 will lead the Rack Bar team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, meet production targets, and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Rack Bar team leaders and operators, allocating labor to match fluctuating orders.
• Enforce safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity, and 5S standards.
• Identify and resolve production obstacles, communicating downtime, quality issues, and material shortages to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with other shifts to achieve weekly production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of scrap, traceability, downtime, rejects, and inventory.
• Support training initiatives and ensure operators are cross‑trained for flexibility.
• Conduct regular audits (quality, workstation, 5S, inventory) and implement Bosch Production System (BPS) strategies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using lean manufacturing, Shanin methodology, and CIP focus topics.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across shifts.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and lean principles.
