Production Supervisor

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Abruzzo plant. The role oversees daily production targets while ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Team Leaders and line operators to achieve the daily production program.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators: quality, safety, output and people metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with process and plant managers.
• Ensure workplace organization, autonomous maintenance and cost deployment.
• Develop and coach team members to enhance skills and performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive production.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of press processes and related products.
