Project Lead – Automotive Connectivity

About the role

The Project Lead will guide, manage and support product and customer projects throughout their lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of sponsors while aligning with Vodafone Automotive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, third‑party partners, and external bodies.
• Lead solution design, support bid creation, and ensure statements of work are scalable and competitive.
• Monitor and report progress, financials, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project handover to operations and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive or industrial solutions with a focus on connectivity and services.
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent governance and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Waterfall project methodology.
• Experience with Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with APQP standards.
