Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the primary interface between clients and project teams across hospitality, office and residential developments. You will lead project coordination, ensure schedule and budget compliance, and support junior talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for project teams.
• Organise and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project documentation and distribute minutes.
• Develop, monitor and track project budgets, milestones and schedules.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist owners with contract negotiations and change‑order analysis.
• Support the growth and mentoring of junior staff.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, project monitoring or cost estimating.
• Background in hospitality, office and residential development projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn client‑specific software and demonstrate high technological aptitude.
