Project Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

Renco Spa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects within its Buildings division. The role involves overseeing large‑scale civil construction contracts (USD 50 million +) in remote, multicultural environments across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Supervise engineering activities and the preparation of technical documentation.
• Manage all EPC phases, including HSE, detailed design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection, and quality control.
• Control project budgets, maintain schedules, liaise with regulatory authorities, and oversee plant start‑up and client hand‑over.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager on building works or civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage contracts valued at USD 50 million + in remote, multicultural settings.
• Strong leadership, independent work capability, and resource‑organising skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
