Project Manager – Italy

About the role

Teradyne’s Solution Engineering Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross‑functional projects across Italy and multiple global regions. The role will ensure projects meet objectives, stay on schedule, and deliver value to both Teradyne and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integration of projects involving Teradyne teams, customers, applications engineering, hardware engineering, operations, product engineering, and marketing.
• Coordinate resources across the US, Asia, and Europe, maintaining comprehensive project plans that follow best‑practice project management methodologies.
• Monitor project execution, identify gaps, and lead issue resolution through timely escalation and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular status updates and synthesis to senior leadership and customers, ensuring transparent communication.
• Collaborate with regional managers and project leads to address resource and skill shortages, closing gaps efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience and 3 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams distributed across multiple geographic locations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
