Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of projects within an international manufacturing/energy environment. You will act as the central point for gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that each project phase delivers on business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects, accurately gathering and prioritising requirements.
• Manage schedules, resources and progress meetings, evaluating project needs by strategic importance, feasibility and impact.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical responses for public and private tenders, meeting all specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain and update project and tender documentation, including progress reports to senior management.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across technical, quality, legal, commercial and administrative departments.
• Monitor tender deadlines, ensure compliance with standards and record improvement proposals.
• Provide daily operational assistance to keep activities aligned with priorities and timelines.
• Oversee bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements and freight forwarders.
• Negotiate documentary credits.

Required profile

• Technical master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or the energy sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP; MS Project is a plus.
