Project Manager, Site Integration (ERP and MES)

About the role

Entourage, a life sciences consulting firm, is looking for a Project Manager for site integration covering ERP and MES systems. You will manage the work needed to bring a site and its processes into line with the standards of its new group, coordinating with the site and the teams appointed by the new owner so that deadlines are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of systems, processes and procedures with group standards
• Map current processes against what the new systems and procedures can do
• Flag issues and the changes needed to set up the new processes
• Manage system rollouts including data migration, UAT, cutover and hypercare

Required profile

• Native Italian speaker and fluent English
• 5+ years as a PM on ERP/MES implementations or post-acquisition integrations in manufacturing (preferred)
• Degree in engineering or a similar field (preferred)
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification; SAP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

Required skills

• Program management of complex, multi-workstream projects (PMI/PRINCE2, hybrid/Agile)
• ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA), MES (preferably PAS-X), QMS, LIMS, CMMS
• BPMN process mapping and fit-gap analysis
• Regulatory compliance: ISO 9001, ISO 13485/GMP, ALCOA+, GAMP 5
• Risk management, planning and KPI reporting (MS Project, Excel, Power BI)
• Stakeholder management, change management and negotiation between group standards and site needs
