Proposal Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Commercial function of Tecnimont Services. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead the preparation and delivery of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with Invitation to Bid (ITB) requirements and the company’s execution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define the proposal budget and develop the execution plan and schedule.
• Analyse ITB documentation and coordinate engineering, procurement and construction estimating activities.
• Lead the proposal team from initial development through client negotiations and handover to operations.
• Coordinate technical departments to produce compliant technical proposals.
• Work with corporate functions to select the appropriate legal vehicle and prepare contract comments.
• Present cost/revenue summaries for approval before client submission.
• Lead technical and contractual negotiations with the client.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within EPC companies.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Pro‑active, innovative mindset with strong business judgment.
• Decisive leadership, high energy and resilience to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
