Proposal & Strategic Procurement Engineer

About the role

ProductLife Group is seeking a Proposal & Strategic Procurement Engineer to lead the development of engineering proposals and coordinate procurement activities throughout tendering and project execution. The role serves as the central hub for technical scope definition, supply‑chain engagement, and subcontractor management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering activities from conceptual design to construction oversight.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, maintaining reusable content and standard templates.
• Oversee timelines, costs, resources, and risk mitigation across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Handle contracts, procurement processes, and project documentation.
• Lead vendor management, strategic sourcing, and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scout and evaluate new engineering project opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process, or Industrial).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and commercial engineering activities.
• Proven track record in engineering procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing coordination.
• Experience interpreting client specifications, defining technical scope, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
