Quality & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Quality & Compliance Specialist supports the Quality & Compliance team in guaranteeing product excellence, regulatory adherence, and supplier performance across all production stages. This position blends analytical work, coordination with external partners, and hands‑on quality monitoring within the fashion and apparel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and manage laboratory testing activities for fabrics and finished garments using reporting and tracking tools.
• Coordinate with external consultants on laboratory testing processes and technical/regulatory requirements.
• Manage and verify fabric certifications, maintaining direct communication with raw‑material suppliers.
• Supervise quality‑control activities at warehouses and production sourcing facilities across Europe, preparing quality reports and analysing non‑compliance issues.
• Collect, organise, and analyse quality, production, and supplier‑performance data through reporting tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the fashion industry with sensitivity to products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to create reports and dashboards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills, especially with product teams.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools.
