Quality Control (QC) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and expand our QC team while upholding Davines' core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director and functionally to the Technical Director, you will own the Quality Program and ensure product integrity from raw material to finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards defined by QA and validated by the Technical Director.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, bulk, and finished products to detect defects or deviations.
• Define, implement, and monitor quality control methodologies, analytical procedures, and problem‑solving tools.
• Lead investigations of non‑conformities, coordinate root‑cause analysis, and work with QA on CAPA implementation.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure process robustness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QC team to achieve high performance.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within manufacturing environments, preferably cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical sectors.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and GMP.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
